HI, I’M HOLLY.
I believe regenerative leadership has the power to change the world.
After achieving heights of success in three careers – as a lawyer & corporate executive, as the owner of award-winning retail boutiques, and as a business coach & consultant – I was burned out and profoundly unfulfilled.
So I set out on a seven-year quest in search of ways to lead differently.
This pursuit has taken me to twelve countries, four continents and two hemispheres as I’ve immersed myself in a variety of regenerative initiatives ~ working and living with the leadership teams of evolutionary organizations devoted to a flourishing future.
How do we move beyond extractive business practices into regenerative leadership?
Our conventional business models are inherently extractive. By focusing primarily on profit and growth ~ where success means getting the most by giving the least ~ we are breaking down our employees, trading partners, competitors, and the planet.
And we’re increasingly experiencing the breakdown of the civilization-level systems that are founded on these unsustainable models.
In 2016, I set out to find more sustainable and fulfilling ways to lead, embarking on what would become a 7-year quest around the world to find answers to the questions that were powerfully rising in me:
How do we redefine success to move beyond sacrifice and into thriving?
Is it possible to lead organizations that are sustainable and make a truly meaningful impact?
How do we foster greater authenticity and well-being for all stakeholders?
What if we could leverage the tremendous power of business to create a more regenerative world?
As leaders in the midst of this pivotal moment, we have a choice… we can break down or we can break through.
It is entirely possible to grow sustainably and make a meaningful impact ~ while cultivating a culture of trust, authenticity and well-being for all stakeholders.
It just requires regenerative leadership.
